The Reality at Caddo Parish
Every dog has a 50/50 shot. We work to change those odds.
Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-intake shelter — they can't turn animals away. That means overcrowding, limited time, and dogs who run out of chances before the right person finds them. Companions of CPAS exists in that gap: networking dogs with rescues, funding transports, covering emergency vet care, and opening foster homes so more dogs make it out alive.
