How the game works

The house rules.

  1. Cards are drawn at the designated stops, one at a time, and laid face up on the table after you complete the stop’s task. You can’t pick up all your cards at one stop.
  2. No duplicate cards. If you draw an identical card, draw again.
  3. Playing more than one hand? Present a second Poker Run Tally Sheet Ticket and Tally Sheet to be marked before each card is drawn.
  4. Ties are settled by a draw for high card. Riders must be present to receive any winnings.
  5. All decisions of the judges are final.

Highest to lowest

Know your hand.

  1. Royal Flush
10 through Ace, all one suit
  2. Straight Flush

  3. Four of a Kind

  4. Full House
Three of a kind plus a pair
  5. Flush

  6. Straight
Five in a row, mixed suits
  7. Three of a Kind

  8. Two Pair
    Two different pairs

Why we ride

This ride is about more than motorcycles, miles, great stops, and good times. It’s about coming together as a community to make a difference in the lives of animals and the people who need them most.

Companions of CPAS

Volunteer-powered rescue support helping dogs at Caddo Parish Animal Services receive medical care, transport pathways, and second chances.

Paws for Patriots

A program dedicated to the powerful bond between service dogs and the veterans they serve, and this ride helps bring it back to life.

One mile, one paw, one life at a time.

Ride, volunteer, or show up to cheer. And if you can’t make it, your gift still rides along.
